How to keepup with my dental health, beside brushing my teeth?

beside brushing my teeth regularly and using the mouth wash...

cuz i have sensitive teeth and i am really fed up of the pain and dont know what to do about!!

How to keepup with my dental health, beside brushing my teeth?
Use dental floss every day as well. Also, they sell these little rubber tip like picks in the dental aisle. The are small and white with a green rubber like tip that has tiny bristles on it. You take this small pick and you slide it 4 or 5 times between your teeth. I usually dip it in cephacol mouthwash. I use cephacol because it kills bacteria. You can save the same pick for about a week using it over again after rinsing it or thow it out each time. This pick will help improve your gums along with using the dental floss. I recommend that you get a tongue cleaner and scrape your tongue every night.
Reply:I know that drinking a lot of pop is horrible for your teeth, so don't do that! You could ask about getting a crown put on the sensitive teeth and that will get rid of your sensitivity to hot/cold.
Reply:You need to floss routinely and see your doc to find out what is causing the pain. If you haven't seen the dentist in a while or he doesn't know about your teeth pain then call and schedule an appointment. You obviously have something going on but only your dentist can figure out what it is.
Reply:Flossing is great. You could use sensedyne toothpaste which is for sensitive teeth and a soft toothbrush. Using listerine is also helpful with tarter on your teeth.
Reply:visit a dentist... you should see a dentist 2 times a year for regular check ups and cleanings... if you do this you should be able to avoid costly or painful dental procedures in the future.
Reply:You can also floss your teeth daily at least once in the evening %26amp; visit your dentist regularly with scheduled appointments. Plus...you could schedule a consultation with your dentist if you are really concerned about the pain.
Reply:dont eat metal

2- Reduce your consumption of dietary sugars.

3- Reduce the between-meals snacks.

4- Regularly visit the dentist once every 6 months.
