In the near future will dental health be important?

Dental health has always been important, especially if you wish to keep all of your teeth until you die.

In the near future will dental health be important?
it's important now
Reply:No. A new breed of humans with extremely strong teeth will be created.
Reply:ask the british.....ha!
Reply:Not unless you don't want your teeth. Like the dentist says, floss only those teeth you want to save.
Reply:it is all of your life
Reply:Dental hygiene is important from the time your teeth begin. Insurance becomes more and more important with age. Cleaning your teeth every 6 month on the ave is 65.00 Think about it and that is just the basics.
Reply:let's hope that in the near future, all employers will understand how important good dental health is to their employees and that they will see to it that everyone is covered by a good dental insurance plan
Reply:Definately yes.

Many people do not take very good care of their teeth and gums, and from what my own dentist tells me, a mild inflammation of the gums can cause long term health problems in the rest of the body.

Why would any one want to not have healthy teeth? I would think dental health would be important through all of time, so long as there are people around.

Heck, even animals have problems with teeth and get things like absesses. One of my cats has had inflammed gums off and as a result has at times gotten ill from that infected gumline.

Healthy mouths/gums/teeth is definately important and will continue to be so.
