Dental health, when to brush?

i usually brush in the morning and night.

morining before breakfast and night before bed

now i was thinking its not a good idea to brush before eating breakfast because the tea/coffee will stain and dirty my teeth and mouth all over again, so do you think its better to brush after breakfast or should i still brush before breakfast and simply just Listerine after? will this be affective?

Dental health, when to brush?
Stay as you are, the most important brush, is actually as soon as you get up, your mouth will be full of acids and enzymes and bacteria. if you subsitute tea/coffee for fruit juice, you'll cut down the staining. I use pearldrops or similar stain remover as well as toothpaste at night time.
Reply:you need to brush morning and night always after meals to remove the food, plaque, and stains. as well as flossing once a day, most people do it in the evening. and always use the listerine too.
Reply:Considering the fact that brushing only takes a little while I would brush really good before breakfast and then just a little bit after. listerine is good for the smell, but it does't get all of the gunk off of your teeth.
Reply:u shud still brush ur teethe b4 breakfast because theres plaque in ur teethe nd if it stays there u get cavities nd plus u r supose to brush ur teeth after every meal so u have clean teeth
Reply:bacteria is the major cause of common gum or dental health problems and these bacteria are formed from food particles left in your mouth. regular brushing and flossing of your teeth after meals will prevent the growth of bacteria and also keeping you away from certain gum and dental health problems. the most common that you may get if food particles are left in your mouth and in between your teeth is bad breath. using oral health care products will aid you in preventing gum diseases but i suggest that you choose products that are made from natural ingredients as to not irritate your gums. regular check ups and professional cleaning with your dentist may detect early symptoms of gum diseases. to know more about taking care of your dental health just visit http://oramd.ca/gumdisease/14-gumsteetha...
Reply:It is better if you brush after you eat. Flossing has to be done at least 2 times a day and always before brushing, toothbrushing has to be done 3 times a day using a soft bristle toothbrush and employing a modified Bass technique if your gum have not recessed and mouthwashes should be used after brushing. Remember that you should not eat or drink for an hour after using a mouthwash.
